Web Studio WebDivision (hereinafter - the Company) thanks you for visiting the Company's website located on the Internet at www.webdivision.pro (hereinafter - the Website).
Through our Website, we strive to provide our customers with the most comfortable and high-quality service. If you decide to use the services of the Company and intend to continue using the Website, you must read and accept the Terms of service (hereinafter - the Agreement). If you do not agree with the Agreement, then you should refuse to use the Website and the services of the Company.
Your use of the Company's services, as well as continued visits to the Website will be regarded by us as unconditional confirmation (presumption) of that (in aggregate) that you yourself have read and understood all the conditions of these rules, you have no objections to them, undertake to adhere to and comply with them in full. Thus, you confirm that the Company has the right to rely on the presumption specified in this paragraph in full.
User - an individual registered on the website of the Company.
2. The Company has the right to block (without evidence) the User (or ask to stop using the services of the Company) on the Website, the services of the Company and social networks of the Company, if the User:
- 2.1. did not read the Agreement;
- 2.2. roughly communicates with the administration of the Company or users of the Company;
- 2.3. insulted the administration of the Company or users of the Company;
- 2.4. tried to trick the company administration;
- 2.5. took advantage of the discovered defects on the Website, the services of the Company or the social networks of the Company;
- 2.6. spam on the Website, the services of the Company or in the social networks of the Company;
- 2.7. creates fake accounts on the Website, the services of the Company or in the social networks of the Company. For example, a User registers an account through your referral link and receives a percentage of return on the referral program.
4. The Company administration has the right to require the user to read it again the instructions, if she suspected him of not reading it.
5. The user must read the FAQ before writing to the technical support of the Company.
6. The technical support of the Company is obliged to answer the questions of the User within 24 hours.
7. The user can contact the technical support of the Company only by mail firstname.lastname@example.org or create a ticket in your account. We recommend using these methods of communication with the Company, otherwise you may be deceived.
8. Technical support of the Company is not required to connect to your computer through any remote access programs.
9. If the User detects a defect when using the Website or the Company's services, which prevents him from working with the Website or the services of the Company, the User has the right to ask to suspend the Company's service, which deducts funds from the User’s balance, until the defect is corrected on the Website or the Company's services.

11. The gift is canceled if the winner of the contest did not pick up his gift within a week.
12. The replenishment of the User’s balance will be delayed by 7 days if the User systematically makes the same mistake when replenishing the balance, for example, does not indicate his email (if required) when replenishing the balance.
13. The Agreement may change, therefore, we recommend that you check the Agreement for updates every time you visit the Website in order to be properly informed.
14. If you read this Agreement not in Russian, you agree that in case of any discrepancies the Russian version will prevail.
15. When you purchase a license/server, a daily fee is charged.
16. Each device on the Internet is assigned an IP address, access to which can be banned by any Internet provider. The number of IP addresses has a limit, as with phone numbers, if you stop using the phone number, the mobile operator sells this number to another person, also with IP addresses. Therefore, the IP of the purchased server (computer) can be blocked in your country (by the Internet provider), for example, because the forbidden materials were posted from this IP address. BUT you can always access the server through our browser console in your personal account, and for example, through Remote Windows Connection through your computer (Internet provider) you will not be able to! You can also delete the server and buy in a different location, because when you buy in the same location you can get the same IP address. The company is not responsible for the fact that in your country the IP address is blocked by your Internet provider and you cannot connect to it through your Internet network. Charged money per day is not returned.
17. When you purchase a license/server, you will be charged for a day - this does not mean that you are buying a license/server for a day. Therefore, it is better to replenish the balance in 2 days and buy a license/server.
18. At the time of technical work, which is aimed at making everyone feel good, money is not returned for any services.
19. At the time of situations that are not dependent on us, for example, an Internet provider disconnected the Internet from us due to some of its mistakes, money will not be returned for any services.
20. We will delete your account if there is no activity on your account for 14 months.
21. The administration of the Company is not responsible for the safety of your files on the hosting. The user must take care of his content on the hosting, for example, keep a copy of his files on his computer or an external disk.
22. The Company is not responsible for expenses received through the use of the Company's programs.
23. Scam/phishing websites will be deleted 12 hours after the notification is sent to the user by email and to the personal account on the Company's website. The Company is not responsible for the fact that the User for some reason did not receive/did not get acquainted with the sent notification.
